The impressive Palace of Parliament, the second largest (Wikipedia said it is the largest) government administration building after Pentagon, built ambitiously by the past communist dictator Nicolai Ceaucescu, after his visit to North Korea.
Nobody really know how much was spent to fulfill his dream on building this building, which hasn't been completed when he fell and shot dead in death penalty.
Therefore the first man who made speech on the balcony was Michael Jackson, which was accidentally said to the gathering mass, "I love you Budapest!" :)
Currently, beside serving as the parliament house, many of the rooms can be rented by public
